"I have been art journaling for the past 10 years. Coming across Patricia's offering has been a god sent! She provides a wonderful space to dive into the practice. In addition, weather you have done this before or are new to the practice, she gives wonderful new ideas and guidelines. The space is very inviting, full of treats and holding. I had lot's of fun and was deeply inspired to continue my practice. I highly recommend attending and look forward to attending again! THANK YOU Patricia"

What to expect during an Art Journaling Workshop?
To get your hands dirty, to make a mess and not have to worry about "wasting" those expensive art supplies you never use, to not care if it's ugly, or if it's making sense, or if it means anything at all.
During my workshops I use my experience as an Expressive Arts Therapist and create a safe space for you to let go and freely explore your creativity. I have created a loosely structured approach for beginners and sesasoned art journalers, for people with no previous art experience, to artists.
Using a variety of methods and art techniques I can help you open up and safely explore and express yourself.
Most workshops are held at my office space in San Francisco and art supplies and refreshments are provided and included in the price. All you need to do is "Show up and be present, even in the face of the unknown".

It ended up being more fun than I thought it would be and I got more out of it (and my own artistic abilities) than I thought I would. Patricia did a fantastic job facilitating - guiding just enough without pushing too much.
